The job description of positions we typcially employ include the following: Position is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer services, planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or main distribution center ensuring a smooth and consistent operation. In addition, the position oversees and is accountable for the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitablity. Primary responsibility is to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service. Control shrink and expenses and also ensure that store has appropriate merchandise stock levels. Administer compliance with all policies and procedures and continually evaluate and react to performance issues.
Should have proven HVAC management experience. Candidate should be an agressive, self motivated dynamic person who can motivate, develop and excite subordinates and peers; should have basic computer skills and have strong verbal and written skills in addition to being organized and detail oriented.
Drives gasoline or diesel powered truck to transport merchandise within local business area. Employee pulls orders and loads/unloads trucks. Employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk and hear. Our drivers are DOT Certified and drive NON-CDL trucks.
Specific vision abilities are required to include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to:
- Operate trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
- Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short-correspondence and memos.
- Obtain materials from warehouse and assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.
- Perform routine DOT vehicle inspections.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
Position regularly work in outside weather conditions.
Counter/Warehouse employees pull and stock orders, load and unload trucks and greet/assist walk in customers. Employees handle up to 75 lbs. Drives powered industrial trucks for the purpose of receiving and transporting merchandise within facility.

The Account Manager is the primary customer interface that is responsible for the development of business and relationships with customers’ senior management, providing engineering and product development support, dissemination of value add and differentiation messages to customers, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, is the primary supplier interface for all products and services. Business development responsibilities include new account development and customer competitor analysis. Customer Strategic Plan Management includes plan development, plan implementation and follow up and update.
